We used Direct Flow Plumbing to unblock a drain at our property in Geelong after dealing with slow water for months. A previous plumber just cleaned the pipes and the problem came back, but these guys actually found the real cause. They used a camera, showed me exactly what was happening, and didn’t just do a quick clear‑and‑go job. They dug up and replaced the damaged pipes properly and the work was very neat. Andrew and the boys did a fabulous job on our stormwater and sewerage plumbing retrofit. It was a difficult job, with the old clay pipes heavily clogged by tree roots and requiring full replacement. They were able to get us reconnected to the sewerage system within a couple of days.
At completion, they made sure the place was left clean and tidy. Their pricing was very competitive, and they completed the work quickly and professionally.

Experts in blocked drains and stormwater repairs
We had ongoing issues with blocked drains and stormwater pipes at our property in Bell Post Hill near Geelong, mainly due to large tree roots invading the pipes.

Direct Flow Plumbing came out and carried out a CCTV drain inspection and high-pressure jetting service to locate the problem. The camera showed severe root intrusion and multiple breaks in both the stormwater and sewer lines. Andy explained the situation clearly and recommended replacing the damaged underground pipes. The team completed a full stormwater and sewer dig-up and replacement, installing new pipework and fixing the drainage issues properly. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept us informed the whole way through the job.

I've known  Andrew for over 10 years. Always professional, always helpful.  When ever I have an issue with my plumbing the first person I call is Andrew and his team. I researched plumbers prior to engaging the services of Direct Flow Plumbing! They certainly lived up to their excellent reviews and now  I will leave mine.
Right from inception of calling Direct Flow through to the lovely plumbers that came out to fix my horrific problem of my toilet trap overflowing outside to having to suction out tree roots from below ground, they were exceptional! Foremostly, they were knowledgeable, professional, reliable, efficient, helpful, courteous and above all they explained the issues clearly to me.
